The Night Vision Goggles Mount - L4G24

When getting into Night Vision gear you quickly learn the accessories also are very important and having a solid mount is a good example of this. Luckily also having the Team SOMOGEAR bump helmet it already had a NVG shroud so I was able to pop this Wilcox L4G24 NVG-Mount right on in.


 The G24 has the famous Wilcox breakaway feature that provides the wearer the protection from neck or head injury.
This NVG Mounting System is unique that it provides two modes of operation.The first mode 
It allows the mount to “break away” from the base under a stressed condition such as getting snagged during fast roping or hitting a hard object when entering or exiting a vehicle or building. With this breakaway feature serious neck injuries and equipment damage can be minimized or avoided.The second mode
It allows the Universal NVG Mount to securely lock the mount to the base.

I believe you have know the function and the feactures of the L4G24 before. So maybe you would like to know that if there is some low price of the helmet mount-L4G24. So I think you would like to get to the store of SOMOGEAR, the best quality but the lowest price.
Indeed some airsoft accessories are very necessary to the airsoft lovers. Like the L4G24 is very important to the heimet mount. And the L4G24 has the special material, light weight, convenient and good quality.


 Experience wise I'm definitely new to NVGs, however I was fortunate to be able to get some good moving and shooting experience with them at the Costa Ludus RVET class. Despite there being more play in the mount than expected it did not feel floppy or loose even with heavy movement. The L4 G24 was overall easy to use for main NVG up/down action and even to do minor adjustments. The difficulty of putting the mount back in the shroud while wearing is more of a limitation of the shroud slot shape and I think it is understandable to make this mount compatible with the heavily distributed standard Army shroud.

To the OP, if you have ever tried a PVS-21 you will NEVER go back to a single or standard dual tube monoc system ever again. The 21's are something VERY special and the capabilities are incredible. How to Play the Airsoft Game at Night

Have you ever played airsoft at night, pitch black, no lights other than flashlights and lasers? I played a game at pitch black except for the moonlight. Me and my bud were laying in the middle of a field with small bushes then suddenly a small patrol of 2 walk RIGHT by us with flashlights but they didn't see us. I simply nod my head at my teammate and we slowly emerge behind them, put their pistols to their back, and cover their mouths for the kill. It was glorious. Soon after, their final team mate comes back and while my firesquad buddy pins him down behind a tree, I make my way around in the darkness and get him with a single pistol shot. Moral of the story: Flashlights and Lasers aren't needed to play night games. Stealth is a major factor in night games.
